I'm impassioned by the unforeseeable way music comes into being. Inventing and combining melodies and chords, finding the right lyrics (that's the hardest part!), playing different instruments, trying out novel sounds, and then: the most magic act of "producing", which is where the song eventually becomes alive (or, well, dead).
